I haven’t been able to get into my account because of authenticator app

A while ago, I set up 2FA and put on the authenticator app, but it never worked and I’ve been locked out of my account. What can I do to remove the authenticator app? Can I be helped by meta support to take it off my account?

    Did it work for you? The thing I ended up telling them that worked is that asking for biometrics is an invasion of privacy.
