I need help.

I had to create this account with a secondary email. My main account was hacked over a week ago. I got the email that my email had been changed but when I used the link it said no account existed with my email. I have tried everything and can't get my account recovered. My friends online said they see me online but it is not me. I have lost all access to me VR account.
