I need help with my 2FA

Question

I need help with my 2fa Account. I had a factory start my phone And when I did that I've logged out of my horizon account for my quest, And when I try log back in it sends to my SMS That I don't have anymore. But I do have the Google authenticator That I use but I don't think that's any help. So if anyone can help me, please.&nbsp;
