I have been seeing a lot of people say the same thing in this forum but i know one guy will be able to magically fix it. LET ME GET STRAIGHT TO THE POINT META LINK ISNT WORKING FOR ANYONE AND ITS PREVENTING ME FROM USING UNITY. PLEASE IM BEGGING FOR SOME ONE TO FIGURE THIS OUT ITS A PAIN.
there's a temporary work around, try linking without wifi (computer side, but if u have a quest best to do both) After a successful link you can turn your wifi back on. (unplug the ethernet cable if you use that then plug back in after connecting ofc). sorry if my spelling is terrible, using the steam vr keyboard atm, going offline then linking worked for me so might as well give it a shot.
No no no. Disconnect your internet cable not your wifi 🤦♂️.
Disconnecting the ethernet cable (that's what it's called) is the same as disconnecting your wifi. Some people still use wifi on their pc and disconnecting a non-existent ethernet cable would do nothing... I did note that you should disconnect, link, then reconnect your ethernet if you use such but not everyone has that luxury. If you're gonna try and tell someone they're wrong at least be correct.
