I need to get my headset unlocked

So, my quest 3 is locked out, I don’t know the password and can’t access the headset settings. Another problem is that I don’t have cloud backup setup. I don’t want to do a factory reset because a lot of my important data is on there (such as money based in-game purchases and games that cost money) does anyone know a way to solve this problem without me losing my important data?

    Your purchases are associated with your account, so after Factory reset, use the same account to set up your headset and simply download your games again. Cloud backup is enabled by default, I think. Find your backups here.

      Okay yeah you’re right I checked the link and everything on my headset is saved on cloud backup. I’m guessing that for some reason my meta app wouldn’t let me see if cloud backup was on. Thank you it helps me a lot.

    As steve_40 says. However if you actually switched off your cloud backup your important date is gone. That's why cloud backup exists. If that's the case you might as well factory reset as you will have no data to recover. You can just reinstall any apps you own.
