I need to have MQ3 Controllers repaired

I have a meta quest 3 and both controllers have severe stick drift, i purchased the $15 replacement parts I just need to have them installed, where can I get them repaired in Gonzales Louisiana? I rather lose my American citizenship rather than pay meta their overpriced $200 for each controller again. I have been looking for months for a repair ship because i cant afford to pay over $60 as I am struggling as it is now, but everyone i call says they need certification which is the most corrupt thing I've ever heard and at this point I just need a repair ship who doesn't care about meta certification or who doesn't need it.

I'd do it myself by the last two times i tried i ended up destroying the controllers beyond repair twice.
