I was charged for the free trial?

I started the Meta Horizon+ free trial on 12/20/25, I then canceled the trial so I wouldn’t be charged in 12/24/25. I noticed I was charged by Meta for $7.99 on 1/20/26. However, when I look at my account there’s no history of being charged? I tried requesting a refund but the AI support really sucks :(

    Does it say you are subscribed under the Horizon+ menu in your phone app (Manage subscription) or here???
