Good morning! I would like to get out of PTC due to the following reasons: headset shutting off mid session, sometimes headset refuses to power off, menu music continues playing when menu isn’t in view. Thank you. I will await your response.
I think you must go to the Meta website on your pc where you can register or unregister for the PTC program.. I haven't ever joined so I'm not sure if I'm totally correct. I can't find any option on the headset so I'm assuming that's where you do it.

In the mobile app - there where you've enabled PTC😉 - just toggle it off.
Actually, a factory reset should follow to bring you to the latest build version, but recently I heard, people stuck on the PTC version until the next build versions is rolling out.🙄
About the music...... íf this happens in browser, youtube and so on, the sound gets muted if you expand the window using the 4 little arrows under the window.
My headset says its on 2.90 smth PTC
