identitymanagement.service.IMSApplication has stopped

and meta cam quest keeps stopping.

 

These are the messages i'm getting on my headset.  I've done a soft reboot.  what do these messages actually mean, how can i fix it?

 

There must also be away of saving purchases and data so its not all lost if a factory reset is done??

 

Any help would be great. thank you.

    Your purchases are bound to your account, not to the headset. You won't lose them if you do a factory reset, you just have to download them again.

    Also, you don't have to start the games from the scratch because your game progress is saved in cloud backup - not all games, though.

    Before performing a factory reset, you can try if the update tool can fix your issue.

    The reboot has been done but can't seem to reconnect the headset, as says it can't pair?
