A lot of users have posted about this already. I think there are age restrictions in place for under 13 year olds.
We are all in our 40s-60s, so that is not an issue.
Reading through the release notes, the Loft appears to be a feature of Navigator and is still going through testing in the PTC channel only.
Wow, then they really need to have a notification that explains this to regular users who expect the same or similar functionality as the previous home. Seeing that there IS a function, but then not being able to access it (grayed out), with no reason as to why... somewhat confusing to typical users (as seen in the various posts since December).
