In World Purchases and Bonuses not set to link bank account or tax info

I’ve been trying to get an answer from meta through chats for about three hours with no solution.  Can someone tell me how to complete my tax info so i can receive my payouts for in world purchases of avatar clothes and bonuses.  It is showing that I haven’t set up everything so it’s not linking information.  Everytime I go into Payout transactions it shows ive earned money but apparently I don’t have access until I finish my tax information but it’s showing under tax info that my W9 was verified. It is also showing my bank information as well.  I noticed that Meta keeps putting the wrong telephone number under Payout account info/Business phone number.  Each time I try to update the information, it continues to put the incorrect number in.  Can someone help me with a solution?  Please Ive been trying to fix this for awhile now and I’m frustrated.
