My Quest 3 Meta won't turn on. I already performed a factory reset and tried loading an update from the support website. But when I try to start it, after the Meta logo, a square icon with a downward-pointing arrow and a green progress bar appears. When the progress bar is full, the Meta logo reappears motionlessly until it disappears, leaving the screens on but black. What can I try?
