Hey there, dmichael.2024. This is a great question, and we totally understand the desire to make sure you're able to maximize your battery safely, so we appreciate you bringing this to the community! Currently, we do not recommend charging your headset during gameplay or leaving the device to charge past 100% as this can cause battery deterioration. To help maintain a strong and healthy battery, we do recommend checking out our Meta Quest Help Center for different tips and tricks, just like Occupunk mentioned. While VR sessions can get intense, we do want to make sure to take breaks and allow the headset to charge before getting back to the action!
