Hello everyone! We see you are all having connection difficulties with the Meta Quest link after v63. This is not the experience we wish for our users. While we do not support any methods to rollback to versions or downgrade to previous updates, we will be happy to provide you all with some troubleshooting steps.
1. Ensure their Link connection is properly established:
a. Open the Meta Quest PC app on your computer.
b. Turn on your Quest headset.
c. Plug your USB 3 cable into a USB 3 port on your PC, and then plug the other end into your headset.
d. A message displays in VR, prompting you to allow access to data. Select Deny. If you mistakenly 'Allow' the prompt, you must unplug your USB cable from the Quest and plug it back in.
e. When prompted to enable Meta Quest Link, select Enable to begin remote rendering using Meta Quest Link.

2. Ensure Air Link is disabled in Settings on the headset.
3. Try to repair the Meta Quest PC application. This is accessed by re-running the Meta Quest setup file. If the setup file detects that Meta Quest Home has been installed, partially or fully, repair will appear in the list as an option. Repair is unlikely to address any app-specific or error messages related to hardware components.
i. Go to https://www.meta.com/questions/setup and click Download Software.
ii. Select Repair.
a. If Windows asks you if you’re sure you want to open this file, click yes.
b. If Windows Defender prompts Windows to protect your PC, click More Info, and then click Run anyway.
c. If your antivirus software restricts the file from opening, temporarily disable your AV and continue.
d. Please remember to re-enable your antivirus software once you've completed the repair.
iii. Allow the repair process to run, download, and install.
iv. Launch the Meta Quest PC app.
If this does not do the trick for you, please follow this thread, as more information regarding this matter will be posted there. Please let us know how it goes. We can't wait to hear from you soon!
