Is there any way to free a quest 3s from the business/school lock?

I just bought a quest 3s from someone online and when I finally booted it up it keeps asking me for a school or business email login. I was wondering if there is any troubleshoot I can do to fix this? I’ve tried factory resetting and it didn’t work and meta support is impossible to get in contact with so wondering if anyone has an answer here. If not it was only 100$ I’m not too worried about money

    Hi blaackspark1​ 🙂

    As far as I know,  headsets which  are registered as business devices must be released from the admin center by the previous owner. Simple factory reset won't work.

    I'm not sure, though.

      Okay thanks will do! And it’s okay I’ve lucked out a lot on offer up and Facebook marketplace 100$ won’t stop me👍🏼
