Issue Linking Facebook Page and Instagram to Meta Business Account – Sometimes Shows Linked but Does

Hello Meta Community,
I’ve been trying to connect my Facebook Page and Instagram account to my Meta Business Account, but I keep running into issues.

Sometimes, the system shows that both accounts are linked, but inside Meta Business settings, they are not actually connected, and I can't use business features (like cross-posting or insights).
I also receive an error message saying:
“Couldn’t add your Page and Instagram account to a Business Account.”

I already:

• Confirmed Instagram is a professional (Business) account.

• Verified I’m an admin on the Facebook Page.

• Tried reconnecting both accounts multiple times.

• Tried creating a new Business Account, but the issue still exists.
