Issue with Country Selection for Warranty Replacement (Should be Sweden)

I'm trying to replace my left quest 2 controller after it died on me and when i try to put my postal code it says "invalid format" after looking closer the region selected for it is switzerland and not sweden where i live and doesn't offer me the possibility to change it either

    Did you buy your Quest in Sweden?
    The country is selected by the serial number and shows where Meta shipped the Quest—for example, to a retailer.
    The problem is: Meta only ships replacements to the country where the Quest was originally shipped. You can't change the country yourself.

    A German user had a similar problem recently.

    The easiest way to solve the problem is to know a friend in Switzerland whose address you could provide for the replacement.

    I don't know, if support can give you some other options to resolve that.

      the headset was bought in sweden at a retailer here, i did contact the support team but they pretty much wanted me to send my entire headset and all which i don't want to replace the entire set also because i threw the controller in the bin, bought a controller instead
