Issue with height and view

Using Oculus Quest 2 64 GB

At some point my Quest changed viewpoint. Im noticed it While im looking at my Meta avatar my eyes located right in the neck instead of head, the UI always appears on the much higher than it should. So when i look forward the avatar looks slightly to the top.

This causes height problems in games on Quest and on PCVR.

In the guardian floor position is correct, but the position of the head is incorrect, Quest doesn't seem to understand where its located vertically properly. So it makes me clip through the floor in some games and causes issues with Full Body tracking.

Tried to reset guardian, clearing history, clearing surroundings history and etc, manually adjust height in settings, even tried to make floor lower than it is IRL. Nothing helps. Tried to update to v78 and factory reset, doesn’t help either. Also cleaned the tracking cameras. Also tried to change tracking frequency from auto to 50hz and 60hz no effect at all. Playing in other rooms with different floor material wont help either.

Is this a hardware issue? Should i stop trying to fix this and just buy new one?

I have a Quest 3s and occasionally I see this with some games but not all. For example, for me when I play 7th Guest, I'm sometimes on the floor or up on the ceiling, and I have to reset the floor levels, but when I switch to other games like Ghost Town, Batman and Red Matter 2 the floor levels are perfect. I'm not saying that this applies to your situation, but is it possible it's an issue with the game rather than the Quest itself ? I hope you get it sorted out !
