Issue with Meta Quest 3S (Battery) (Charging)
Hey everyone, I got my Quest 3s over 4 months ago, and less than 2 months in, my Quest decided to no longer charge. My device is stuck on 1% battery and doesn't turn on at all. I have tried multiple USB-C chargers that should definitely give it enough power, as well as holding down the power button for 20 seconds and the additional volume button, but nothing seems to work. I attempted to go through my warranty to get another device; however, it says, "We couldn’t find a device associated with the verification info provided. Please try again". This device is not a knock-off of any sort, and I received it as a gift from Verizon when bundling my home internet and phone plan. I think that it's absolutely insane that there is 0 way to get in contact with any support, not even AI support lol. Please, if someone knows a way to fix this or get in contact with someone who can actually help. I'm all ears
