Issues changing the DOB on my child’s account, and the circular online answers are frustrating me!!!

I created an account for my kids to use the oculus they got for Christmas and I guess I made a mistake.  I want to change their birthday, and I can get all the way into the family center to change it but then I get an error that says “we weren’t able to update your child’s birthday.  Please contact customer support.”.

go figure, there’s no way to directly contact them.  So anyone have any help????
