Issues with locating "Enable Navigator" on Meta Quest 3S

I am unable to follow the steps provided because the "Advanced" section does not appear in my Settings menu.

I am using the Meta Quest 3S, and I have checked both the main Settings and the Experimental features, but the "Enable Navigator" toggle is missing. Even when using the search bar within the headset, no results are found for "Navigator" or "Advanced settings."

Could you please provide updated instructions compatible with the Quest 3S latest firmware? Or let me know if this feature has been moved or deprecated for this model.

  • Hi kvip155 🙂

You don't have to "enable" Navigator in experimental features. This toggle was there when it was still in experimental state and only for those who already received Navigator at that point.

Now Navigator is rolled out to everyone - as you can read in the link below -  and there is no toggle to enable/disable it.

Maybe you are not on the latest update yet?

You can try updating the headset, following the steps described in the video.... or just wait a little longer.🙃

Not everyone has Navigator activated yet. My profile on Grace's headset has it, but her own profile still doesn't. Doing software updates won't make it appear (it was installed silently, inactive, several updates ago); it has to be turned on by Meta, per device and per profile, using a server-side switch.
