It has been a month since I've sent in my quest 3S controllers

Hello! 

So I was hoping to not have to make this post but now I have to it has been a month since I sent in my controllers right and left to get replaced under warranty..... I still have zero idea why it's taking so long I have gotten the same answer over and over again with zero updates from meta on why they will not send me my controllers no matter how many times I talk to support they will not and do anything at all I am stuck with a headset I can barely use and I don't know what to do anymore
