Hi there,
We'd certainly love to assist you with this! At first glance, with the information provided, it sounds like a boot loop.
If you can, please connect your device with a USB-C cable to your computer. From there, please use the Meta Software Update tool. This link will allow you to manually update the device. Doing so often allows you to bypass the boot loop afterwards.
