It won’t work

Hello I am demon vr I did the instructions it would not work it’s fully  charged it will not turn on I’m sad I hope it’s not broken I only got it 2 months ago and it won’t turn red on charging or green and has a black dot please help me fix it if it won’t work if you heard of FIX MY OCULUS I will try to contact him  please help.

    If your headset is only two months old, you don't need to contact "Fix my Oculus".

    You have warranty, contact Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE
