My advice, stay away from the Public Test  Channel, it is far too risky considering that even approved software updates mess up sometimes. Only recently a PTC release bricked lots of headsets  sometimes permanently and had to be replaced. If you're not in a supported country you are literally screwed. Don't do it. Be patient. Navigator will eventually come to you. It's nice but not world shattering. You're not missing enough goodness to take the risk. And you do join PTC at your own risk.
