I've tried to change my Date of birth and it won't work, it keeps saying "Contact support"

On numerous occasions i've tried to change my Date of Birth at auth.meta.com and it has not worked and said "Cannot change birthday, contact support" I've even tried the Facebook method and it still ...

im having the same problem but its keeps saying "cannot save recent changes, please try again later" but no matter what i do the message is still the same

    Hey there, Lucifer.2237.2023! We certainly want to ensure any changes to the account can be made when needed. We understand there was an error in the change attempted and would recommend ensuring the steps listed on the support page here are followed. Should it still not be possible to change, try the steps below:

    • Clear the cache and cookies for the browser.
    • Use a different browser.
    • If available, use a mobile device on a mobile network.

        Hey there, Elihuh, and thanks for giving our previous steps a try! We know being able to explore VR within the right age is important, so we'd love to continue working with you to take a further look. 

        If you are attempting to update an account currently used by a younger user between the ages of 10-12, the account will need documentation submitted to our dedicated team, which can be contacted here. Of course, if adjusting the age on a standard Meta account, do make sure you're accessing your account here to update your information. Of course, if there are any issues along the way, do let us know! We'd be happy to gather screenshots of any errors appearing.
