We know there's not much that comes close to jumping into your favorite games with your friends, it's not the same when you are forced to play alone. That's why we would love to have a look into this for you, to make sure you get the best experience the Metaverse has to offer.
First please try a hard reboot. This is different than just powering off your headset and can fix some bugs like this.
- Confirm that your device is charged by connecting it to a power source for an hour or two.
- To reset your headset by performing a hard reboot: Hold down the power and volume down buttons for at least 10 seconds, or until boot screen loads on the headset.
- Use volume buttons to scroll to Boot device and select it using the power button.
Next please try using the Meta Quest software update tool just in case there were any issues with installing the new update.
