Rainbow flakey artifacts + screentearing. I mostly experience it in pcvr streaming as that is my headset's main use case. But it does also happen momentarily when switching applications in the headset, opening/closing the oculus menu or right after waking the headset from sleep. These artifacts started showing up after i updated to v69 (v68 not having any of them) and they got worse after updating to v71. On v69 the artifacts appeared usually at the top part of the screen, without additional screen tearing, but on v71 the artifacts appear at the bottom of the screen and are accompanied by screen tearing.
Troubleshooting steps i have tried:
Factory resetting the headset 3 times, did not have any effect.
Using battery saver mode, reduces the afrtifacts, but doesnt completely get rid of them.
Lowering bitrate and resolution in the pcvr streamer, reduces artifacts, but doesnt completely get rid of them.
Switch to different streamer apps, does help a bit. Apps from worst to best: Virtual desktop, Alvr, Oculus link/airlink, Steamlink.
On v71, Virtual desktop and Alvr are rendered practically unusable, and artifact and screen tear to the point it makes me nauseous looking at it. Oculus link artifacts a bit usually on the bottom part of the screen when the scene is slightly more contrasty. And steamlink only artifacts when using more than 150 bitrate.

As someone else already mentioned here, i do also have a suspicion that this issue could potentially be caused by the XR2 chip's gpu being pushed to unstable clock speeds.
