Lack of support

Been having an issue with logging in. Been passed around like an unwanted Christmas bread. 7 different support persons all asking for information. I send it, only to be contacted by yet another support person asking for the same or different information. No resolve! We used to be able to call and talk with a human. How much more money does Meta have to make to give proper support to the folks that made them so rich. Thumbs down ten times over. I expect better Markie. WTF!
