Left controller replacement
I recently had a problem with my left controller thumb knob. I was instructed to return the defective controller but have heard nothing from meta. How long does it normally take to receive the replacement? Thanks

How long does it take? Ah, the eternal question—right up there with 'how long is a piece of string' and 'what’s the meaning of life.' Meta will get it to you when Meta gets it to you.
