Left Lens Blur in New Quest 3

Hi all,

From the first use of my Quest 3 I noticed a persistent blurry patch in the left lens.

I have tried cleaning with a microfiber cloth, adjusting IPD, and re-fitting the headset, but the blur does not go away. A friend also tested it and confirmed they saw the same issue.

It looks like the blur is inside the lens rather than on the surface. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known defect, and should I be seeking a replacement?
