LINK NOT WORKING AFTER LAST WINDOWS UPDATE

Hi, i update my window 11 yesterday on 14/03/2026 and im now stuck in an infinite link ( with cable ) loading screen, also my cable seems to disconnect and reconnect from time to time , can anyone help me please. ( knowing it worked like a week ago )
