I have the same issue - set up gesture 2 days ago on 3x3 grid and now woke up my headset requiring hexagon pattern gesture.
I am shocked to see that this is already known for 2 months - this is something that demotivates people from securing their devices.

You can try, but they will only tell you to reset your headset. They are useless and won't help
piotrunio Link in that post looks like a phishing, I would not click on it.
So frustrating. I've contacted them but they didn't help. I'm planning to report it to the UK ombudsman and other trading authorities. I can't use my product at the moment due to not my fault.
