Locked Instragram Account - Unable to recover

Hi,

I have an Instagram account which was setup with 2FA, unfortunately i no longer have the 2FA application on my phone that was initially used to setup, and i also do not have the backup codes. When i try to recover my account it fails because it needs the backup codes which i don't have. 

I tried the photo recovery method however i dont have any photo stored on the account and while recovering it fails and does not do anything.

I tried sending an email to mailto:support@instagram.com  however there hasnt been any response. I am unsure how i will be able to recover my account.
