Locked out of Meta account — lost 2FA phone number & recovery codes

I am locked out of my Meta account due to two-factor authentication. I no longer have access to the phone number on my account and I never saved my recovery codes, so I’m unable to log in. Email login is blocked by enforced 2FA.

I’m requesting a manual 2FA reset or account recovery. I can verify ownership via email, purchase history, and headset details if needed. Any assistance from a moderator would be greatly appreciated.
