Am trying to login to Rec Room. My dad set up the account and had an email saying the account hadn’t been used for over a year and was deleted. However, the account hadn’t been used and my dad can still login.
When I try and login to Rec Room I receive the error message:

Please help!
The company running Rec Room are closing it down for good in a couple of months due to financial problems, might be they're starting to shut down some of the servers already. 🤔
As of March 31, 2026, Rec Room has blocked the creation of new accounts and is no longer accepting new friend requests, as the platform is shutting down on June 1, 2026. Existing users can still play, but new user registration is closed.
