Lost access to account

So I ever since I got my meta quest 2 I made this account but all the data was connected to my old phone which was broken and my meta quest 2 broke but a couple months ago I got a meta quest 3 and was able to log back in to the email that it was connected to and reset the password but it won’t let me long in without a recovery code or a code from my old phone number that I lost could anyone help me I really want my account back I spent so much money on it in games. Meta support has tried to help me but won’t help it’s been a whole day since I’ve tried but still not have been able to get my account

      im having the exact same issue.  my account was registered to an email that no longer exists and i cant change it now

    i have the same issue, i tried messaging the support but when i click send message, nothing happens, i checked the sent messages (in the top right corner of the screen) and nothing.

      Yes they replied to my when I texted them yesterday but they didn’t do anything to help the problem I just want my account back

        Hey man already solved everything with the support, they were pretty quick with it too. Make sure you actually sent them a message, check your sent messages in the messages tab maybe

  • I emailed them but still nothing their saying I don’t have 2fa enabled which I don’t think I don’t but it still asking me for 2fa authentication

      Idk man, maybe ask if they can provide you the recovery code, they did that for me after I confirmed my identity

        I have like 2 times now but they still won’t give me one and keep talking about they need to talk to their specialized team about it because I don’t have 2fa and I don’t so I don’t even know why it’s asking me I asked them for a code but they just completely ignored it
