My quest 2 was soft locked and unusable. The official meta support reccomened to factory reset my device. This did work but In turn I lost the majority of my games and probably my progress as well. Is there a way to fix this? If not can I at least get my money back
You can reinstall all your games and progress on you headset.. They're not gone........unless you switched off cloud backup, then they are gone. Try reinstalling them from the cloud backup if you didn't disable it.

Then you're probably no longer using the same account.
Could it be that your account was an old Oculus account that was deleted because it wasn't migrated to a Meta account in time?🤔
You can re-download all your paid games as long as you used the same Meta account to log in after you reset your headset.
