Some games have a problem with this low mileage memory problem, for example Madison VR. What game are you trying to play?
Surely knowing which game they are playing is totally not important at all, hence the OP couldn't be arsed providing that crucial information π€ͺππ€¦ββοΈ.

Itβs not actually considering it was on any game I tried to play so I deleted the other two I had. (Mind you even with those had over 200gb free storage) Now Iβm down to one game and still getting the error.

OK, so what game are you trying to play? You originally said you had just one game. Removing the other 2 would make no difference anyway.

I think, there is some misunderstanding...
Storage is the space needed to install a game.... and you are right, you have more than enough free storage space.
Memory is needed to run a game properly.... some games are more demanding than others.
You'll never ever get the low memory error in games like Pistol Whip, Beat Saber and so on.
But more graphics demanding games often comes up with that error.
That's why Maccyb123β and steve_40β asked for the name of the game.
Sadly, it's a pretty common problem without a real solution, which you can see if you use the forum search here or reddit.
Someone said, it's good idea to have a look at the reviews before buying a game...... I think, that's a pretty good advise.π

steve_40 It actually can matter Steve. I communicated with a developer of a, game I was interested in but saw low memory complaints about it, he advised me not to buy the game yet as it still has problems with memory leak and crashing, and issues around it, including Meta headset issues. Very honest of him. I'll send you his mail on the private messages as I don't want to get him in trouble over it. So it can be caused by a game and Swervo1 said he only has one game on it. It might be the same one. π

Maccyb123β I think you misunderstood my post, I was being sarcastic, and not to you ππ. Knowing which game is essential to troubleshooting the problem π.
If I had to make a guess, I would bet a Mars bar on Asgard's Wrath 2.

Seeing the storage space that's used by one game, you're probably rightππ
