Menu and everything else disappearing when I touch my controllers or put my headset on.

Every time I put my oculus on my menu disappears and I can only see my room and I can’t do anything else. Sometimes if I launch beat saber from my phone, I’m able to get in but as soon as I pick up my controllers, everything disappears again and I’ve reset it multiple times And nothing.
