Menu not working
So I can’t move my menu around with my controllers I have to be press the meta button and press it again for it to come to me I really need help with this. Thank you!

Restart your headset: A quick reboot can often resolve temporary glitches.
Check controller tracking: Make sure your controllers are visible to the headset and that the tracking environment is well-lit and clear of obstructions.
Update your software: Go to Settings > System > Software Update to ensure your Quest 3 is running the latest version.
Try a controller re-pair: Unpair and re-pair your controllers via Settings > Devices > Controllers.
