You must factory resetting the Quest before you are able to pair it with a new account.

But the new account won't have access to the purchases that you've made with your suspended account.
Maybe you should reach out to support first, so they can look into that.

Curious. My understanding is that you can get banned from Worlds for breaching Meta community standards, but that shouldn’t stop you from using your headset to play your purchased games.

Aside that..... the ToS say, they can even suspend your account for NOT using your headsets for a long time.😂
Probably there are many possible reasons why his account was banned.
Honestly just factory reset, sell the headset and get a Pico or Google XR headset, those won't be running bloated firmwares that try to shove Zuckerberg's failed VRC clone down your throat at every step or pull asinine stunts like this
Google XR ? You've got to be kidding. It's absolutely full of crxp!! It will also get even worse as it grows.....if it grows. Pico or a number of other headsets are good if you only want to play PCVR. I don't understand people getting stressed out about a device they're not forced to buy or own. Move on with your life. Complaining so vehemently about a bit of plastic and electronics is not good for you. If you enjoy it, use it, if you don't, forget about it and don't waste your time and energy on it. Hate for an inanimate object is not healthy.

My Facebook and Meta accounts are blocked as of three days ago--no explanation why. Apparently, they suspect I might be a child sex trafficker (spoiler alert: I'm not). I just had a chat with Meta support and they said they can't do anything because it's controlled by Facebook. Facebook has no phone number, no direct support, no anything. It's now several days beyond when they promised a response and I'm still waiting.
That's why I advise people not to link their Facebook and Instagram accounts to their Meta account 🤷♂️. Maybe don't use FB to log in to your Meta account? Maybe ask Meta if they can unlink your FB account from your Meta account if you are unable to do that yourself in Meta Account Center. Fingers crossed, removing FB might stop your Meta account from being blocked.
I don't remember setting any of this up but I'm pretty sure I wasn't considering the possibility of being pinged for child trafficking. I don't even use swear words in my posts. Would love to ask Meta a range of questions but I can't do squat while I'm in banned mode, which looks like it might last for weeks for months.
Nick7899 This forum has absolutely nothing to do with blocked, banned or hacked Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp accounts. It's exclusively for Quest headsets and smart glasses. There is no access to information that can solve your problem. There are links at the bottom of the page for issues relating to Facebook and other products.
I have a Quest 3 headset---that I can't use until further notice because I can't log in while I'm banned, which could last for weeks or months (it's already been a week). I've already contacted Facebook directly and gotten no response. I was told that Meta employees sometimes monitor this forum.
