You must factory resetting the Quest before you are able to pair it with a new account.

But the new account won't have access to the purchases that you've made with your suspended account.
Maybe you should reach out to support first, so they can look into that.

Curious. My understanding is that you can get banned from Worlds for breaching Meta community standards, but that shouldn’t stop you from using your headset to play your purchased games.

Aside that..... the ToS say, they can even suspend your account for NOT using your headsets for a long time.😂
Probably there are many possible reasons why his account was banned.
Honestly just factory reset, sell the headset and get a Pico or Google XR headset, those won't be running bloated firmwares that try to shove Zuckerberg's failed VRC clone down your throat at every step or pull asinine stunts like this
Google XR ? You've got to be kidding. It's absolutely full of crxp!! It will also get even worse as it grows.....if it grows. Pico or a number of other headsets are good if you only want to play PCVR. I don't understand people getting stressed out about a device they're not forced to buy or own. Move on with your life. Complaining so vehemently about a bit of plastic and electronics is not good for you. If you enjoy it, use it, if you don't, forget about it and don't waste your time and energy on it. Hate for an inanimate object is not healthy.
