Meta broke my quest3

WHY Meta keep update my quest3 without my consent? I have every update options disabled  in goggles. No auto-update without my consent. And yet they keep pushing updates to my goggles and broke them in the process. I am on v77 firmware and on the update tab i was told that on august my goggles will update to v78. Plenty of time to wait and see if that version is safe to update. This morning when i powered my goggles i had to wait for an update i didnt request before they boot  up. After the update and boot was done i discovered my games doesnt work as it should be. They froze or i hear sounds from other games. And when im in the goggles menu i hear an white noise from the speakers. And now after this unwanted update when i go to the Update menu there is no longer an v78 scheduled update. All it say is that im up to date , v77, the same as yesterday. Way they push updates without check them before. Why they use us as guinea pigs to test their updates for them?
