Meta contact email needed to discuss warranty on new quest 3 bought on ebay

Question

Hi,I bought a quest 3 on ebay. It was a brand new, sealed unit. Unfortunately the set-up has resulted in a software update loop and I need to action the warranty (ebay seller not responding helpfully).Is there an email or contact form anywhere so I can discuss direct with Meta?Thanks&nbsp;

You should be able to request a return via eBay&nbsp;or claim the eBay money back guarantee. Even if a seller states, "no refunds or no returns", it is illegal to do so in some countries (in Australia for example).
