Hi there @BubblyHedgehog4270,
We know how eager you are to get back into the world of VR, but are currently unable to do so as your Meta Quest headset is not charging. We want you to have the best possible experience and therefore we would like to help resolve your issue.
Please advise which Meta Quest headset you are currently experiencing the issue with. Also, please attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
- Attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours from a wall outlet using the provided power adapter (included in the box).
- If the headset is warm to the touch, please disconnect the charging cable and allow the headset to cool down before attempting to charge again.
- Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect battery charging or consume power (such as external battery packs, external fans, etc.)
- If you are using the Elite Strap with Battery or any third-party accessories then, please disconnect these and try charge the headset again.
- Attempt charging the device from a different source (another wall outlet), preferably on a different circuit.

In addition to what MetaStoreHelp​ said.......you can try blip charging, maybe you can get it work again.
