Meta Horizon Link Won't Install

Earlier today I tried updating the app and it wouldn't do anything. So then I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but every time I try to reinstall it, it fails at the last part, asking me to restart my computer. Not only have I tried doing this, but I've also tried every other suggestion and workaround I could find, and it STILL fails. I'm using Windows 11, and I could really use some help here.
