Meta Horizon Not Installing

I play iracing on a rift s and have never had a problem. I was trying to optimize my pc a lil and turned off auto update for all my apps (including meta). When i booted my pc back up it said that i needed to update to install new drivers. I tried to update the software but it would not so i uninstalled the software and not it will not let me reinstall it so Im just stuck at the moment and would really appriciate some help as i would love to play my game. What bothers me most is that its not even a game just software and it just wont install IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP. Thank You.
