Meta Horizon on Android just froze.

I did a full reset of my Quest 3 headset (I need to change the owner). I got to the part where it says to continue in the Meta Horizon app. I created an account, registered, turned on Bluetooth, granted all permissions, and the app just froze. More specifically, the screen where you need to grant permissions and select the headset model. I can't scroll down and select the headset. I don't even know what to do; I tried reinstalling it, but it doesn't help. I can only click "Not Now" and exit. As a result, I can't activate the headset.
