Meta Logo Spins then stops! No OS Boot!

Please don't reply with the AI bull.. I've already did a software update, factory reset, and obviously turning on/off.  My quest 3 is still stuck on the meta logo... this seems to be a common problem and it's annoying. We spend 500.00 on a product that can't be serviced by outside servicers because there aren't many if any! My warranty is no longer in effect as of last year then this happens. I really believe Meta intends to "Brick" it's devises once out of warranty. It's sad. Please help me find a solution... I don't know what to do from here since a factory reset didn't work.
