Meta messed up Horizon Worlds on IPad

Ever since March 17th when the company decided it wanted to rollout its “new” updated software it messed up bigly for a lot of I-Pad users. Since opening the meta app I have not been able to make free shirts because that feature was permanently removed after being told to wait “patiently” for an update after 5 months. Y’all LIED. Now I’m unable to access game play because the controllers to move the avatar around are no longer on the screen. What is going on with meta??? I’m ready to delete my account and app but I’m trying not to because I spent MONEY on it!!! Somebody make it make sense because it sure doesn’t.🤦🏽‍♀️

    What has this even got to do with VR headsets???? This is the Meta Quest troubleshooting forum.

      Look I was told to post my comment/issue here by a technical representative to  “see” if I could get a solution to my problem because they **bleep** sure couldn’t help me. So it’s not my fault if I was given an incorrect link. Meta Quest is still Meta horizon which is ALL the same(for now) so maybe that’s why the representative gave me this link!

        Use the built-in reporting feature in the Meta Horizon app itself. From the Home screen, Hamburger (|||) menu, scroll down to "Support", then "Report an issue".
